By creating a Clinicly account or using clinicly.app you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a clinic, you represent that you have authority to bind that clinic.

The service

Clinicly provides website, online booking, pet portal, and staff scheduling software for veterinary practices. Features marked “Coming” are not part of the current Phase 1 product until announced.

Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, the accuracy of clinic and client data you store, and complying with applicable veterinary and privacy laws. Do not abuse the service, probe other tenants, or attempt to circumvent billing or security controls.

Trials & billing

New clinics receive a 14-day trial of Essentials features. Paid plans are priced per location. There is no setup fee. Until Stripe billing ships, plan status may be managed manually by Clinicly platform administrators.

Data

You retain ownership of your clinic content and client records. You grant us a license to host and process that data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimer

Clinicly is a business operations tool, not a substitute for clinical judgment, emergency care, or regulated medical record systems. Online booking is subject to clinic-configured rules.
