Clinicly (“we”, “us”) provides veterinary practice software at clinicly.app. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our marketing site, staff app, clinic sites, and pet portal.

Information we collect

Account details (name, email, password hashes), clinic profile data (NAP, hours, branding), client and patient records you enter, booking and appointment history, and basic technical logs needed to operate the service (for example IP addresses for security).

How we use information

To provide booking, scheduling, portal, and website features; send transactional email (confirmations); improve reliability and security; and communicate product updates you opt into. We do not sell personal data.

Data isolation

Each clinic’s operational data is stored in a dedicated database. Platform administrators may access a clinic only for support, provisioning, or impersonation with appropriate controls.

Retention & requests

We retain data while your clinic account is active and as required for legal obligations. Contact hello@clinicly.app for access, correction, or deletion requests.

Cookies & analytics

We use session cookies for authentication (staff, portal, and platform admin). Marketing and product pages may use Google Analytics (GA4 measurement ID configured by Clinicly) to understand traffic and improve the product. Analytics is configured with IP anonymization. Individual clinic sites may also use optional GTM/GA IDs configured by the clinic owner.
